Frequently Used App Filters
Last updated: October 8, 2024
Background
Lumos gives you a lot of info about your app user accounts.
But when you're looking at an app, you may want to quickly pull a list of users based on some specific criteria.
This doc provides a list of common filter combinations you can use to quickly get to the user accounts you want to reconcile or research.
Active accounts in the service provider
If you have an integration to the service provider connected to Lumos, you can pull active accounts in the service provider with the following filters. See๐ How-To: Connect an Integration
Account Status: Active
Source: Lumos integration
Accounts that currently have a "tile" in your IdP
If you have your IdP connected to Lumos and users access apps via "tiles", you can see which users have a "tile" by applying the following filters.
Account Status: Active, Access created, Staged (Select all)
Source: Okta, Onelogin, Jumpcloud (Select one)
"Having access to a tile" does not mean that the user can actually access the service provider. Similarly, the absence of a tile doesย not mean the user can't access the service provider.
Consult your IdP's SSO settings to find the app's sign-in policy and access implications.
Accounts discovered via email headers
If you're looking for accounts discovered via Lumos shadow IT email discovery, apply the following filters.

Accounts discovered via email provider OAuth
If you're looking for accounts with OAuth tokens associated with your email provider, apply the following filters.
