Why do I see 0 accounts in my Access Review?

Problem
You added an app to your Access Review:
and you don't see any accounts ๐ฑ:
Why might this happen?
Let's take a step back & look at the source of the app selected in the first screenshot:
When an app isย email-sourced, it will not yield any accounts, because those accounts are Discovered.ย
Basically, we have discovered them via OAuth tokens and/or email subject headers, and cannot validate that they have an active account, which is why they get filtered out in an Access Review.ย
As a general rule of thumb, you should use apps sourced from your IdP (Okta, OneLogin, Azure AD) OR directly integrated Lumos apps for your Access Reviews!
Solution
If it doesn't sit behind your IdP and if we don't currently have an integration, then add a custom app. See๐ Adding a custom app
