Connecting Zapier

You'll be able to connect the Zapier integration to Lumos and resolve common issues that arise when connecting.

Required plan & roles

You need the Zapier Enterprise plan to connect this integration.

Your Zapier user needs to be at least an Admin to connect this integration.

Instructions

In Zapier

  1. Enable SCIM for your Zapier account.

  2. Follow the instructions here to get a SCIM authentication (bearer) token and temporarily save it.

In Lumos

1. Find the Zapier card in your Lumos integrations (Reconnect or add new)

2. Choose a unique identifier for the integration (ex. "zapier-1") and enter it in the App Instance Identifier field.

3. Take the SCIM authentication token you generated in Zapier and enter it in the API Key field.

4. Click Connect Zapier to connect the integration.
