Why don't I see the "Transfer Data" option for Box?

Situation

I don't see the option to "Transfer Data" when setting up a Box Inactivity Workflow.

Solution

Your Box admin didn't choose the option "Integration with Transfer Data" when connecting Box to Lumos.

If you reconnect Box and choose this option, this capability should be visible when setting up workflows. See📄 Connecting Box
