Choosing Access Review Apps

Background

You've already created your access review (see📄 Creating a New Access Review). You've given it a name, set the deadline...now what?

You know which apps you need to audit, so let's add them!

How to add apps

1. Pick out your apps!

Scroll through the list of apps and click Select for any apps you want to include. You can also use the search box.

You'll notice that you're added as the Reviewer by default. Feel free to change this now by clicking on your initials in the "Reviewer" column (you can also change it later).

The Reviewer will be the App Review Admin. See📄 Access Review Roles

2. Click "Start Review".

3. Review and adjust the app settings. See📄 Editing Access Review App Settings

How to remove apps

To remove an app from the review, follow the steps below.

1. Click "Edit Apps".

2. Click the trash can icon next to the app name to remove apps, or add new apps

3. Click "Save Changes".
