Notes:

  1. We support multiple #{{customer_company_name}} types of field replacements in Project Description & Project Title, just press “#{{“ while filling default.

  2. We have a high success rate for fetching company details via a website, rarely it may fail to fetch it, in which case details have to be manually filled.

  3. We also support other fields like AWS Products, APN Programs, Contract Start Date, Contract End Date, Customer Software Value, Procurement Type, etc.

  4. Before performing new tests, make sure to unmap any existing opportunity of Clazar from SFDC opportunity via the widget.

  5. Make sure to map all the possible picklist values in field mapping so that it doesn’t pick empty mapped value during field mapping.
