Connecting Miro

You'll be able to connect the Miro integration to Lumos and resolve common issues that arise when connecting.
Required plan & roles
You need the Miro Enterprise plan to connect this integration.
Your Miro user needs to be a Company Admin to connect this integration.

If you would like to use only the scopes in the Read-Only option, please contact us at support@lumos.com or via Slack before you connect the integration so we can enable it for you.

Instructions
There are two options for connecting Miro. Choose the "Default w/ SCIM" option if your Miro account has SCIM enabled. To check if you have SCIM enabled:
Go to the Miro dashboard.
Go to Settings > Enterprise Integrations.
If your users can log into Miro without SSO, SCIM is not enabled and you should choose the "Default" option in Lumos.
Otherwise, choose "Default w/ SCIM" in Lumos.
If you already have Miro connected to Lumos, you'll want to disconnect your existing integration and add a new Miro connection instead of reconnecting.
Default
1. Find the Miro card in your Lumos integrations (Reconnect or add new)
2. Choose the "Default" option
3. In Miro, select the correct team and complete the OAuth flow
Default w/ SCIM
1. Find the Miro card in your Lumos integrations (Reconnect or add new)
2. Choose the "Default w/ SCIM" option
3. Navigate to the Miro dashboard.
4. Click on your profile icon in the top right corner and select "Settings".
5. Verify that SCIM is enabled under "Enterprise Integrations". If not, set up SSO, then enable the "SCIM Provisioning" toggle.
6. Copy the "API Token" from Miro to the "SCIM API Token" field in Lumos, then click Connect Miro.
Troubleshooting
I cannot connect the Miro integration.
Your Miro user must be a Company Admin, and your Miro team must be on the Enterprise plan.
