I can't suspend or deprovision a user's Miro account

Situation

Check whether the user has an external or guest user in Miro. Users with the Role "Organization External User" or "Organization Team Guest User" cannot be deprovisioned or suspended via the Miro API. (Miro documentation)

Solution

These users need to be suspended/removed from your organization in Miro directly.

You should eliminate these roles from any inactivity removal workflows in Lumos, as any attempt to suspend or deprovision these users in Lumos will fail.
