Drill Down

The drill-down function allows you to audit and review underlying data, down to the lowest level of detail in your system of record. This will help you better understand the makeup of your data without having to leave the spreadsheet. Follow these steps to drill down:

1. Select cell(s)

2. Click "Drill Down" by hovering over the blue icon with the triangle

3. The underlying data will open in a new tab

Drill Down By

You also have the ability to drill down by a dimension that is most relevant to you (e.g., software licensing software by vendor).

1. Select cell(s) that you want to drill down by

2. Click "Drill Down By" by hovering over the blue icon with the triangle

3. Select the dimension that you would like to see more detail based on

4. Click "Accept"

5. The underlying data will open in a new tab
