Some of my users are seeing a dispatch_failed error when they use the Lumos Slack app.

Make sure the user's Slack account is matched to the correct Lumos User. Matching issues can sometimes cause this error to arise. See📄 How-To: Match Accounts

If that doesn't resolve the error, you may need to uninstall the Slack app and reconnect it to ensure there aren't any installation issues. See📄 Uninstalling The Lumos Slack App and📄 Connecting Slack

I have multiple Slacks connected -- which one does Lumos use to send people messages?

Lumos picks the Slack tenant that has the most active users.

So if Slack tenant A has 1000 users with 900 of them active (not suspended), and Slack tenant B has 950 users with 901 of them active, Lumos will pick Slack tenant B since it has more active users than Slack tenant A -- even though tenant A has more users overall.
