You'll be able to connect the Lucid integration to Lumos and resolve common issues that arise when connecting.
Required plan & roles
You need the Lucid Enterprise plan to connect this integration.
Your Lucid user needs to be a Team Admin to connect this integration. Before connecting the integration, a Billing Admin or Account Owner will need to enable automatic team upgrades.
Instructions
In Lucid
Enable auto-upgrades. (Admin > Licensing, requires the role of Account Owner or Billing Admin).
Contact Lucid support to enable SCIM in your account.
Generate a SCIM bearer token for Lumos (Admin > App Integration > SCIM).
In Lumos
1. Find the Lucid card in your Lumos integrations (Reconnect or add new)
2. Choose the option that corresponds with your environment type
Choose the "Government" option if your Lucid is in a FedRAMP environment.
Choose the "App (with Transfer Data)" for all other Lucid accounts.
You can choose the "App" option if you aren't in a FedRAMP environment and don't want Lumos to be able to transfer data after removing access. See📄 Lucid Capabilities
3. Choose a unique identifier for the integration (ex. "lumos-Lucid-1") and enter it in the App Instance Identifier field.
4. Take the SCIM token you generated in Lucid and enter it in the API Key field.
5. Click Connect Lucid.
Scopes
Our Lucid integration requires the following scopes to view and manage your users.
Scope | Required | Description |
account.user | ✅ | Create, view, edit, and delete users on your account. |
user.profile | ✅ | Allow applications to view basic information about you (e.g., full name, username, and email). |
Troubleshooting
I can't connect the Lucid integration.
Make sure your SCIM token matches the value generated in Lucid.
