Refresh schedule

This feature is not currently available in Excel, since it requires a cloud-based spreadsheet to run.
This feature allows you to set up an automation in your Google Sheets spreadsheet that refreshes data in an existing explore at a specified frequency or based on a condition. Follow these steps to set it up:
Open the Aleph add-in
Click on the ellipsis of the Explore you have previously created.
Click on Automate
Add editor access for the email address that appears in the modal to the Google Sheets file that contains the Explore you are trying to automate
Select either Schedule or Condition
Set Parameters that you want the automation to run based on (e.g., Daily at 8:00 AM)
Click Apply
You will see a clock icon in your explore, indicating that the scheduled refresh was set up successfully.
In the summary section of the explore (the first set of rows), you can check "Last Updated" section to see the date and time of the last refresh and ensure the data you are consuming is up to date.
