Lumos has Adobe accounts that aren't in Adobe. Why?
Situation
You see users in Lumos that aren't in the Adobe Admin console.
Solution
The user was likely removed from your Adobe organization.
Once you connect the integration, Lumos will show a user as "Deprovisioned" if we saw an account for them at some point but it's no longer being returned by Adobe's API.
To see if this happened in Lumos, go to the Activity Log, filter for the "Adobe" App and the "Account Status Updated" Event to see removal events related to Adobe in Lumos. You can also filter on theĀ Target User column for a specific employee.
If you can't find this event in Lumos, the removal likely happened in another application (e.g. your IdP), or directly in Adobe Admin.
