Connecting 15Five

You'll be able to connect the 15Five integration to Lumos and resolve common issues that arise when connecting.

You need either the 15Five Perform or Total Platform plan to connect this integration. You also must enable SCIM in 15Five.

Your 15Five user needs to be an Account admin to connect this integration.

1. Confirm that SCIM has been enabled in your account.

2. Copy and temporarily save the SCIM Access token generated in 15Five.

1. Find the 15Five card in your Lumos integrations (Reconnect or add new)

2. Choose a unique identifier for the integration (ex. "lumos-15five-1") and enter it in the App Instance Identifier field.

3. Take the SCIM token you generated in 15Five and enter it in the API Key field.

4. Click Connect.
