Connecting Bynder

Background

This article walks through the steps for connecting Bynder to Lumos and helps you resolve common setup issues.

Required plan & roles

There's no minimum plan required to connect the Bynder integration.

You need to be logged into Bynder as a user with the "Manage users" permission to connect the integration.

Instructions

In Bynder

1. Log into Bynder and get the subdomain of your Bynder tenant (subdomain.bynder.com). Copy and temporarily save the value.

In Lumos

1. Click on the Bynder card in your Lumos integrations (Reconnect or add new).

2. Paste the full domain of your Bynder tenant (e.g. subdomain.bynder.com) into the Full Domain field.

3. Click Connect and accept the Oauth scopes to connect the integration.
