You'll be able to connect Zip to Lumos and resolve common issues that arise when connecting.

Required plan & roles

You need access to the Zip integrations platform plan to connect this integration.

The Lumos integration is a dedicated SKU within the Zip ecosystem. However, if you mention that you're working with the Lumos team and this is an important integration for you, they'll grant you access via a $0 order form. Reach out to your Lumos Customer Success Manager if you run into any issues!

Your Zip user needs to be an Admin to connect the integration.

Instructions

If you're interested in setting up the Zip integration, let your Zip CSM know, and they'll kick off the onboarding process. The steps will be as follows.

1. Your Zip CSM will send your company a $0 order form for signature. This order form will grant access to Zip’s Integration Platform.
2. Upon signature, a Zip technical consultant will enable the Zip Integration Platform in your Zip tenant. Please let the Zip team know if you want to enable the integration in your test environment first.
3. After the integration is enabled, the Lumos team will help you complete the connection with Lumos and map any custom fields.

4. [Optional] You may grant Lumos team members temporary access to Zip with limited permissions to assist with the onboarding process. Please send the list of Lumos team members to your Zip CSM to create temporary user login credentials.

It is strongly encouraged to test the integration. Upon testing sign-off, a Zip technical solutions consultant will assist in migrating the template to your live environment.
