Connecting Jumpcloud

You'll be able to connect the Jumpcloud integration to Lumos and resolve common connection issues.

There's no minimum Jumpcloud plan required to connect the Jumpcloud integration.

Your Jumpcloud user needs to be an Administrator or Manager to connect the integration.

2. If you’re viewing the User Portal Login, select your initials in the top right corner of the page and click Launch Admin Portal.

3. Click on Settings at the bottom of the left-hand navigation panel.

4. Find and save your Organization ID under Organization Profile › General.

5. Click on your account initials in the top right corner and select My API Key from the drop-down to get your API key.

1. Find the Jumpcloud card in your Lumos integrations (Reconnect or add new)

2. In the Organization ID and API Key field, enter the values you got from Jumpcloud.

3. Click Connect Jumpcloud.

Make sure that your Organization ID and API Key are correct, and that your user is at least a Manager.
