Connecting Zendesk

Background
This article walks through the steps for connecting Zendesk to Lumos and helps you resolve common setup issues.
Required plan & roles
There's no minimum plan required to connect the Zendesk integration.
You need to be logged into Zendesk as a Support Admin to connect the integration.
Instructions
In Zendesk
Find your organization's subdomain by following the instructions here.
In Lumos
1. Click on the Zendesk card in your Lumos integrations (Reconnect or add new).
2. Enter your Zendesk subdomain in the Subdomain text box.
3. Click Connect Zendesk and accept the Oauth scopes to connect the integration.
Scopes
The Zendesk integration uses the following scopes.

Troubleshooting
I can't connect the Zendesk integration
Make sure that the Zendesk user you're signed in as is a Support Admin.
