Slack Overview

Purpose: The purpose of this document is to provide step-by-step instructions for joining our Slack workspace and understanding our communication guidelines, ensuring smooth and efficient interactions with our team.
We use Slack as our primary communication channel to ensure smooth and efficient interaction between you and our team. Please follow the steps below to join our Slack channel.
Step 1: Receive Your Invitation
You will receive an invitation to join our Slack workspace. Check your email inbox for the invitation from Slack.
Step 2: Create a Slack Account (If You Don't Have One)
Click on the link in the invitation email.
You will be directed to Slack’s sign-up page.
Follow the instructions to create a new Slack account. Note: Slack offers a 90-day free trial. If you’ve previously created a Slack account with your email, you may need to purchase a plan as we do not cover this cost.
Step 3: Join the SimpleTalk Workspace
After creating your account, log in to Slack.
You will be automatically directed to the SimpleTalk workspace.
Join the designated channel for communication with our team.
Download the Slack App
Slack is available as an app for both your phone and computer, which makes it easier to manage notifications and stay connected. Here’s how to download the app:
For Phone: Download Slack for iOS | Download Slack for Android
For Computer: Download Slack for Mac | Download Slack for Windows
Communication Guidelines
Business Hours: Our team is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM EST.
Channel Communication: Please keep all communications within the designated channel to ensure transparency and efficiency. Avoid using direct messages for support-related queries.
