Connecting Amplitude

You'll be able to connect the Amplitude integration to Lumos and resolve common issues that arise when connecting the integration.

Required plan & roles

You need the Amplitude Enterprise plan to connect this integration.

Your Amplitude user must be an Admin to connect the integration.

Before you begin...

Make sure that the User Management API is enabled in your Amplitude account, and that you have access to SCIM provisioning (you may need to contact your Amplitude Customer Success Manager to enable these features).

Please follow the instructions in this document to enable SCIM on your Amplitude account.

Instructions

In Amplitude

1. Follow the instructions here to generate a SCIM token.

In Lumos

1. Find the Amplitude card in your Lumos integrations (Reconnect or add new)

2. Choose a unique identifier for the integration (ex. "lumos-amplitude-1") and enter it in the App Instance Identifier field.

3. Take the SCIM token you generated in Amplitude and enter it in the API Key field.

4. Click Connect Amplitude.
