Numeric AI Assistant Preferences

Context matters in accounting. In Numeric, you can now provide context for our AI assistants to take into account, specifying:

  • Your Industry

  • Your Auditor

  • Your Public Company Comps

  • Your Accounting Standards (IFRS / GAAP / UK GAAP)

Accounting policy drafts you generate & any technical accounting questions you ask will then reference industry-specific notes and cite examples from your public company comps.

Navigate to our AI Assistant, then click into Options to customize.

Numeric AI Flux Preferences

Numeric users love letting AI take the first pass at flux explanations. You can now apply templates to further tailor the response to how your team specifically writes explanations.

Create a template specific to payroll or revenue. Pull from memos or departments from underlying transactions. Draft the explanation in bullet points.

With custom instructions, you can now define formatting, focus area drivers, or the length of AI-drafted explanations.

In the Flux module, click to add an explanation, then select the template dropdown. Navigate to existing templates or create a template from scratch.
