Connecting Outreach

You'll be able to connect the Outreach integration to Lumos and resolve common issues that arise when connecting.
Required plan & roles
There's no minimum plan required to connect the Outreach integration.
Your Outreach user needs to be an Admin to connect this integration.
Scopes
The Outreach integration will ask for the following scopes via OAuth during setup.

Instructions
1. Find the Outreach card in your Lumos integrations (Reconnect or add new)
2. Click "Connect Outreach".
3. Accept the scopes in Outreach to connect the integration.
Troubleshooting
I cannot connect the Outreach integration
Solution: Make sure that you're logged into Outreach with an active Admin account.
