Connecting RingCentral

You'll be able to connect the RingCentral integration to Lumos and resolve common issues that arise when connecting.
Required plan & roles
There's no minimum RingCentral plan needed to connect this integration.
Your RingCentral user needs to be at least a User Admin to connect this integration.
Scopes
The RingCentral integration will ask for the following scopes via OAuth during setup. More info on RingCentral scopes can be found here.
Scope | Required | Description |
ReadAccounts | ✅ | Viewing user account info (including name, business name, address and phone number/account number) |
EditAccounts | ✅ | Viewing and updating user account info (including name, business name, address and phone number/account number) |
Read-only access
While RingCentral provides a read-only scope for reading user account info, Lumos' current integration requests both scopes. There's not currently a way to override or remove these scopes in RingCentral during or after connecting the integration.
