Connecting Guru

You'll be able to connect the Guru integration to Lumos and resolve common issues that arise when connecting the integration.
Required plan & roles
You need the Guru All-in-one or Enterprise plan to connect this integration.
Your Guru user must be an admin to connect the integration.
Before you begin...
Make sure that SCIM is enabled on your Guru account.
If you already have Guru connected to your identity provider via SCIM, you cannot connect this integration!
Instructions
In Guru
1. Follow the instructions here to generate an API key.
In Lumos
1. Find the Guru card in your Lumos integrations (Reconnect or add new)
2. Enter the email of the user that generated the Guru API key in the Email field.
3. Take the API token you generated in Guru and enter it in the User Token field.
4. Click Connect Guru.
Troubleshooting
I cannot connect the Guru integration.
Double check whether your organization is managing Guru licenses via SCIM & your identity provider. If this is the case, you cannot use this integration!
