Steps
1. Go to the ITSM settings page.
2. Scroll to the Intercept ITSM Requests section.
3. Toggle the feature on to enable interception across your entire ITSM.
Enabling for specific projects
If you only want to enable interception for specific projects in your ITSM, follow the instructions below.
1. Click the "Add Another Project" button in theΒ Intercept ITSM Requests section.
2. Specify the project and request type to intercept, then choose the close transition you want Lumos to use to resolve tickets completed via Lumos.
3. Repeat steps 1 + 2 for as many projects + request types as needed.

Can Lumos intercept every ticket in my ITSM project(s) with a link to the AppStore, even if ticket interception doesn't classify it as an access request?
Yes! If you want us to default intercept every ticket in your ITSM project(s) with a link to the AppStore, we can do this.
Please reach out to support@lumos.com if this is something you want to enable.
If default interception is enabled for a project, Lumos will intercept every ticket in that project with a generic link to your AppStore if the request doesn't match a specific app or requester.
