How to align (cascade) OKRs in IMPACT

Cascading OKRs is a way to align (cascade) your Objective with other Objectives (in any cycle).

📝 Here is a step-by-step guide on how to create cascading objectives and key results

  1. Navigate to https://app.plai.team/

  2. Click "Create Objective"

  3. Type your inspirational objective

  4. You can change the assigned OKR owner

  5. Next, enter your measurable key results

  6. Make sure the key result reflects your target percentage/number

  7. Add as many key results as you like

  8. Choose the correct objective cycle

  9. You can change visibility to public or private

  10. You can tie the 'child' objective to a 'parent' objective

  11. Select various OKR contributors before saving/submitting your OKR
