Managing Holidays

Numeric currently only supports one holiday calendar per workspace, which then applies to the business due date logic for all entities.

Accessing Holiday Settings

To access the holiday settings, navigate to the settings page via the icon in the bottom left of your screen (above your name). From there, select "Holidays" from the left side menu:

Adding a Holiday

The general steps for adding a holiday are:

  1. Click "Add holiday" on the upper right of the page

  2. Select whether you are adding a single or multiple day holiday

  3. Provide a name for the holiday

  4. Select the date(s)

  5. Determine whether this holiday will repeat every year (note: this requires the date to be the same year-over-year)

Adding a Non-Recurring Single Day Holiday

Non-recurring single day holidays are great to use when there is a consistent holiday given every year, but the actual date of the holiday may change each year.

Removing a Holiday

To remove a holiday, simply click on the trash icon next to the holiday:

If your team has a long list of holidays, you can easily search for a holiday by clicking on the magnifying glass next to the "Add holiday" button
