Connecting Dialpad

You'll be able to connect the Dialpad integration to Lumos and resolve common issues that arise when connecting.
Required plan & roles
There is no minimum plan required to connect the Dialpad integration.
Your Dialpad user needs to be the Company Admin to connect the integration.
Instructions
1. Find the Dialpad card in your Lumos integrations (Reconnect or add new)
2. Click Connect.
3. Accept the scopes in Dialpad to finish connecting the integration.
