Connecting Rollbar

You'll be able to connect the Rollbar integration to Lumos and resolve common issues that arise when connecting.

Required plan & roles

You need the Rollbar Enterprise plan to connect this integration.

Your Rollbar user needs to be a member of the Owners Team to connect this integration.

Instructions

In Rollbar

1. Enable SCIM on your account by contacting sales@rollbar.com.

2. Once SCIM is enabled, follow the instructions for your identity provider here to configure it.

3. Check the box to Enable user and team provisioning in the Provisioning Options section in Rollbar's admin.

4. Copy the SCIM token in the Provisioning Options page in Rollbar and save it temporarily.

In Lumos

1. Find the Rollbar card in your Lumos integrations (Reconnect or add new)

2. Choose a unique identifier for the integration (ex. "lumos-rollbar-1") and enter it in the App Instance Identifier field.

3. Take the SCIM token you copied from Rollbar and enter it in the API Key field.

4. Click Connect Rollbar.
