Connecting Opsgenie

You'll be able to connect the Opsgenie integration to Lumos and resolve common connection issues.

Required plan & roles

There is no minimum Opsgenie plan required to connect the integration.

To connect Lumos to Opsgenie, your Opsgenie user needs to be an Admin.

Instructions

In Opsgenie

1. Log into OpsGenie from https://{your-tenant-name}.app.opsgenie.com/

2. Go to Settings.

3. Click API key management from the right panel.

4. Create an API key with the following access rights:

  • Read

  • Configuration Access

In Lumos

1. Find the Opsgenie card in your Lumos integrations (Reconnect or add new)

2. Enter your Opsgenie tenant name in the Customer Name field.

3. Enter the API key you generated in Opsgenie in the API Key field.

4. Click Connect Opsgenie.
