Connecting Calendly

You'll be able to connect the Calendly integration to Lumos and resolve common issues that arise when connecting.

Required plan & roles

There's no minimum plan requirement to use the Calendly integration.

Your Calendly user needs to be an Admin or Owner to connect this integration.

Scopes

The Calendly integration will ask for the permissions below via OAuth during setup.

Create and remove users

Update a user's profile information.

Retrieve the users in your account.

Delete an organization.

Read-only access

We use Calendly's OAuth authentication to integrate with your tenant, so the Lumos integration inherits the permissions of the user setting up the connection.

As of this writing, Calendly's OAuth implementation does not allow for read-only permissions.

Instructions

1. Find the Calendly card in your Lumos integrations (Reconnect or add new)

2. Click "Connect Calendly".

3. Log into Calendly and accept the scopes to connect the integration.

Troubleshooting

I can't connect the Calendly integration.

Problem: Your Calendly user is not an Owner or Admin.

Solution: Connect the integration with a Calendly Owner or Admin account.
