You'll be able to connect the Twilio integration to Lumos and resolve common connection issues.

Required plan & roles

There's no required plan to use the Twilio integration. Even trial accounts can be connected to Lumos.

We only support connecting to the integration with API keys from Twilio accounts, and not Twilio subaccounts (see this documentation for reference). We only support connecting to the Twilio integration with main API keys, and do not support connections via standard or restricted api keys (see this documentation for reference).

Instructions

In Twilio

1. Log in to Twilio.

2. On the Twilio homepage, navigate to the top left of the page and select the account you want to connect to Lumos.
