📚 Core concepts
Source: sources are your favorite cloud applications (Google or Confluence for instance) that will be scanned by elba to detect potential issues
Scan: elba will perform daily scans on your sources to detect potential issues
Issue: an issue is a potential security vulnerability detected by elba on a given source; all issues are assigned to users and have 3 status: unsent (user hasn’t been notified about it yet), pending (user has been notified but hasn’t taken any action yet) and completed (user has taken an action)
App: an app is a SaaS security use case that will serve as a classifier for your security issues; there are 3 apps on elba: Data protection, 3rd-party apps, Authentication
Check: when you activate a check, it means that users are notified about their issues and asked to take actions on it, wether performing a change (for instance revoking a 3rd-party app) or ignoring the issue (for instance, keeping the 3rd-party app)
