Connecting OpenVPN

You'll be able to connect the OpenVPN integration to Lumos and resolve common issues that arise when connecting.

Required plan & roles

There's no minimum plan required to connect the OpenVPN integration.

Your OpenVPN user needs to be at least an Administrator to connect the integration.

Instructions

In OpenVPN

1. Log into OpenVPN as an administrator.

2. Create API keys by following these steps and temporarily save the values.

3. Retrieve your organization's OpenVPN ID (e.g. "lumostester").

In Lumos

1. Find the OpenVPN card in your Lumos integrations. (Reconnect or add new)

2. Enter your organization's OpenVPN ID in the OpenVPN ID field.

3. Paste the value of your OpenVPN Client ID in the Client ID field.

4. Paste the value of your OpenVPN Client Secret in the Client Secret field.

5. Click Connect.
