Connecting Front

You'll be able to connect the Front integration to Lumos and resolve common issues that arise when connecting.
Required plan & roles
You need at least the Front Scale plan to connect this integration. You also must enable SCIM in Front.
Your Front user needs to be a Company Admin to connect this integration.
Instructions
In Front
1. Confirm that SCIM has been enabled in your account.
2. Generate and temporarily save a SCIM bearer token in Front.
In Lumos
1. Find the Front card in your Lumos integrations (Reconnect or add new)
2. Choose a unique identifier for the integration (ex. "lumos-frontapp-1") and enter it in the App Instance Identifier field.
3. Take the SCIM token you generated in Front and enter it in the API Key field.
4. Click Connect.
