Connecting Mixpanel

You'll be able to connect the Mixpanel integration to Lumos and resolve common issues that arise when connecting.

Required plan & roles

You need at least the Mixpanel Enterprise plan to connect this integration.

Your organization needs to have SCIM enabled, and to have claimed the domains you want to manage in your SSO settings prior to connecting the integration.

Your Mixpanel user needs to be at least an Admin to connect this integration.

Instructions

In Mixpanel

1. Generate and temporarily save your SCIM token.

In Lumos

1. Find the Mixpanel card in your Lumos integrations (Reconnect or add new)

2. Provide a unique identifier for your Mixpanel integration in the App Instance Identifier field, such as lumos-mixpanel-1.

3. Paste your SCIM token from Mixpanel into the API Key field.

4. Click Connect.
